Phil Markowski has been a BCJP certified judge
since 1987 and a professional brewer since 1989.
He began his career at New
England Brewing Company in Norwalk, Connecticut. From 1996 - 2012 Phil was
Brewmaster at the Southampton Publick House in Long Island, NY.
In 2012
he joined forces with old friends to open Two Roads Brewing Company in
Stratford, CT.
Two Roads is the 44th largest brewery in the US out
of approximately 10,000.
