Tomas Kincl is a brewing specialist at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague. After the graduation with specialisation on brewing and bioengineering he started to work as a technologist in Pilsner Urquell company. During 5 years in this position he focused on quality management, introduction of new technologies and people management. After this role Tomas was a brewmaster in a small industrial brewery where he managed all operations around beer production, packaging and transport. Now he has been working in experimental microbrewery at the Department of Biotechnology of UCT Prague. He teaches practical lessons in brewery, organises brewing courses, technological consulting, brewing presentations and university propagation.
