Diego Perrotta

Judge and Speaker.
Member of the technical sales team of Fermentis by Lesaffre, in the southern cone region. With extensive experience in craft brewing and yeast management for beer production, he is a biologist (UBA, 1998) trained in mycology and specialized in the identification of saprobic fungi (INM Malbran 1992-2005). After these studies, he founded one of the first microbreweries in Argentina (2008-2018). He actively participates as a beer judge (BJCP, 2008) in local competitions, and has dictated a large number of courses and workshops at meetings of homebrewers and microbrewers. He has participated as a teacher in brewery education centers since 2001, and in 2014 he became founding partner of Ceresvis, an online training institute in brewery.
