With over 25 years of experience in the beer sector, Boris has been a Master by the VLB in Berlin since 1998. He is the first Spanish judge in the World Beer Cup, with numerous awards behind him. He is the author of several monographs and publishes regularly in the specialized press. He has collaborated with breweries all over the world. He teaches the brewery courses at the University of Alicante in Spain. From his experience as a consultant and after having developed projects for factories and having advised brewers in many corners of the planet, Boris is going to present the basic demands for the assembly and installation of beer equipment. The core point of his talk will be the right size to operate as a brewery without the usual obstacles for growth that commercialization generates.
