Mariano Tissone

Biochemist and Master in Enology. Passionate for fermentation and microbiology, with broad knowledge and experience in producing fermented beverages such as beer, wines and kombucha. Homebrewer since 1999. He has worked as Head brewer in Cervecería Peñón del Águila, Cordoba, as instructor for CIBART, as consultant in breweries and currently working as Regional Sales Manager South America in Lallemand Brewing.
